This is a 5 minute exposure taken with my Canon Xsi on my barndoor mount.
The skies were cloudy and I did some minor processing for exposure, color etc but other than that this is how it was taken.
I am pleased with the results so far and can't wait for a clear night to get a real idea of the performance.
I did have some trouble with my intervalometer not working properly so I will need to dink around with that to get it working properly so I can set up several unattended long exposure shots.
I also did not do any darkframe subtraction or hotpixel adustments of which there are many so eventually I will have to do that.
